Mawio’mio’kuom - Indigenous students centre
You'll find the centre in Alex Hall on the first floor. It's a quiet space where you decompress, study, meet others, have a snack and find the Indigenous Support and Outreach Coordinator.
Water Discolouration: Due to high water draws, Halifax Water has issued a notice that tap water may be discoloured. It is recommended you run the cold water until it runs clear. Halifax Water is flushing the system to resolve the issue. We will provide updates when available.
King’s and Halifax (Kjipuktuk) sit on unceded Mi’kmaw land in Mi’kma’ki.
King’s is deeply committed to the work of Reconciliation and to creating an environment where Indigenous students, staff and faculty can thrive.
