An exceptional number of students from King’s have become Rhodes Scholars and we have had a number of recent alum shortlisted for a McCall MacBain scholarship.
In light of this auspicious history, King’s encourages its most academically talented and well-rounded final-year students and recent graduates to consider the possibilities afforded by the Rhodes Scholarship (Oxford), as well as the newer McCall MacBain Scholarship (McGill).
To compete for a Rhodes Scholarship in the Eastern Canada competition, a student/recent alum must be recommended by the President of King’s College.
If you are interested in applying for a Rhodes Scholarship or McCall MacBain Scholarship, please join us for a virtual information session on the application process led by President William Lahey, Vice-President Tim Currie and Rachel Diotte-Lyles, Marketing and Outreach Officer for McCall MacBain Scholarships, on Wednesday, August 20 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. ADT.
