FYP Section II: The Middle Ages

DESCRIPTION

The main concern of this section is with the development of political, social, and intellectual life as these grow in contrast to, and by assimilation of, ancient culture. We enter the late middle ages through Dante’s Divine Comedy. The section coordinator for the Middle Ages is Dr. Thomas Curran.

 Students in the science option attend six hours of lecture and three hours of tutorial; they do not attend the Thursday FYP classes.
