Encaenia 2011

This year's Encaenia celebrations were bittersweet, as they marked the last time that outgoing President Dr. William Barker would be participating. Portraits were unveiled and tributes were delivered by staff, students, faculty and alumni. Dr. Barker delivered a charming "thank-you" speech to students on the night of the President's Dinner. Along with the farewells, this year's graduation celebrations were marked by great speeches, including the President's Dinner speech from the inspirational Dr. Ruth Goldbloom and Jeffrey Simpson's sage advice to graduates at Encaenia.
