Meeting Space

For meeting space, our clients have the pick of a very diverse selection of venues; boardrooms of different sizes, an auditorium that seats 325 persons, a performance theatre that seats 130, as well as a variety of classrooms and break-out rooms fully equipped with A/V and multimedia systems.

 

G. Peter Wilson Room

When the goal is to a make a great impression, then without a doubt you want the G. Peter Wilson Room. This lounge and the adjoining common area (located in the New Academic Building) make an excellent venue for an upscale wine and cheese party or reception. Plush leather sofas and chairs, mock fireplace and periodical library create an intimate setting for a hundred of your closest. To book the G. Peter Wilson Room, click here

Chapel

Our Chapel is the setting for many weddings each year, and arrangements for the use of the Chapel can be made by contacting the University Chaplain. While regular Chapel services are held Sundays at 11:00 a.m. September through May, the Chapel may be available (subject to prior commitments) for interdenominational services during your conference.

Gymnasium

Need to start the day off with a workout while on conference? Then try out our athletic facilities while at King’s, the home of the Blue Devils. Make use of our aerobic room, free weight room or the Dance Studio on the lower level for that personal stretch. Or, why not arrange to use the main game floor for group sports or instructional classes (with advance notice) in any of a number of indoor sports—an excellent ice-breaking or team-building exercise.
